Dr. Julia Gumula investigated the effectiveness of creativity techniques in design thinking workshops. After completing her PhD under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Margarete Boos, department of Social and Communication Psychology, at the Georgia Augusta she joined B. Braun Melsungen. Straightaway she became part of an inhouse consulting team dedicated to changing the corporate culture. In her role as Senior Manager Communications she accompanies teams and executives on their way towards self-organization, organizational development, new work and other topics related to digital transformation. As mother of three, she knows which challenges student parents face and how to juggle the work-life-balance.
